Today we’re going to take a close look at the uprising in Tunisia that began in December 2010, as you read in Battle for the Arab Spring p. 64-95. We’ll watch this video by the Tunisian hip-hop artist El Général.
Today in class we’ll look at some of the “revolting conditions” that sparked the uprisings in late 2010 and early 2011.
In class today we are going to start setting up one of the basic pieces of our digital projects: Diigo social bookmarking.
