Social Bookmarking

This semester we’ll be using a social bookmarking tool called Diigo to collect and categorize artifacts we find in the “digital wild.”

Assignment details: View SocialBookmarking for more detailed instructions on the schedule and evaluation of this assignment.

To get started, follow these instructions to set up your own Diigo account. You can add a plugin to your browser so that you have a handy button to click and save webpages as you encounter them.

Once you’ve set up your Diigo account, request to join CULF 3331: “Middle East Revolutions,” our class’s Diigo group. You can add your own bookmarks or browse through the ones I’ve collected and start highlighting and commenting on what looks interesting to you.
