Academic Video Online Premium (AVON) 

  • Includes a wide range of PBS films and documentaries 
  • Academic Video Online products are curated, discipline-focused, primary-source collections, websites, and streaming videos for learning and research.

Theater in Video 

  • Allows for performances to have educational value long after the curtain falls 
  • Includes performances such as The Taming of the Shrew, Hamlet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and more. 
  • Contains performances of the  world’s leading plays and other videos such as film documentaries on the subject of theater, as well as interviews with performers, directors, and others in the field of performance arts.

Counseling and Therapy in Video 

  • Contains footage from actual therapy sessions as well as training videos and reenactments.

Digital Theater Plus

  • Includes performances of plays, such as A Christmas Carol, Alice in Wonderland, Anna Karenina, etc. 
  • Search by Genre, Themes, People Etc. or browse through the table of contents
  • How to find the table of contents:
    • Select a Category (i.e., Genre, Theme, People) from the explore tab on the upper left hand corner of the webpage. 
    • In the top right hand corner, Select Table of Contents 
  • There are Productions, Video Resources, Written Resources and Teaching Resources.

  • Click the browse link on the Docuseek site for an annotated list of available films.
  • You can also search by keyword or subject by clicking on the browse tab

  • Streaming videos in the areas of humanities, social sciences, science, business and health.
  • Includes Categories such as TED ed, ABC news, BBC news, and PBS. 
  • If you know what you are looking for, you can use the search bar
  • If you are looking for a specific topic, you can use the Advanced search and Boolean Operators to narrow down your search.  
  • You can also select Browse Standards if you are looking for information on a specific location (ie., Texas, Idaho, Etc.). 
  • Professors can create quizzes within the videos for students

  • Includes a wide variety of films, including feature films and documentaries from a variety of independent filmmakers and distributors. 
  • Topics range from medicine to law to communication 
  • You can browse or search by title

Swank Digital Campus

  • Provides faculty and students a legal streaming resource for videos both on and off campus
  • Includes categories of film such as Horror, Comedy, Drama, Science Fiction, etc.
