For this project we had to come up with our own set of rules. I was told that my original set of rules were too broad and had to be refined so I ultimately came up with one shape that had to be rotated at different angles multiple times. At first it was easy because I just picked a different shape rotated it and that was it. It was when I was about 8 down that I started running out of ideas and really struggled with a lot of them being similar or just boring. They also looked very different from what they looked like on screen. On paper the metallic wasn’t showing up on colored paper so I switched it out with matte black, also I would have to run the same design multiple times just so that the gel pen would be more opaque.
