Time Management

Fromt the past week, I learned that i’m not as productive, I spend a lot of timing planning what I’m gonna do and when, but my biggest issues is following through. One of the most reoccurent time wasters, is when I go to hangout with friends or chatting with friends on the phone. I easily lose track of time and procrastinate to cope, which doesn’t work at all. I’m not the best time manager.

I’ve deleted a lot of my old work.  Two summers ago I went to San Francisco with my book club and I took a lot of pictures from the the area, and focused a lot on composition and color and tones. This is some of that work.

Entrepreneur vs Artist: The two maybe more similar then you think.

  1. The main point of the article is that in almost every industry, people are being asked to be creative and think outside of the box. In order to start your own business or make any change in the world one must have some attributes of an artist to successful make the impact you want. Not only that but you must also learn to ask for help and lean on a community that’s there to assist. They gave you the insight to take your business to the next level. Artist are the entrepreneur’s cousin, and some of the things it states people should learn is to be inventive, be in touch with the human condition and become a storyteller to name a few. I agree that artist are neophiles, as an artist myself I’m always thinking of creative to make things happen or creating new meaning. I would add like to add that artist are create opportunities for themselves they are able to create avenues in which their work is needed.
  2. I have grit, I, certain places in my life I’m grittier then others. I could stay on task on more and finish projects, especially personal projects that matter to me.
