For this project we were to show different types of styles through images, one being a preppy look and the other of our choice, I worked with Julia to try and communicate an 80s grundge style. She was styled to look 80s grunge, and I as prep. We then combined these looks which can be soon in the last picture to make a hybrid. Julia and I went through different phases in order to get these images. First we went to the store to buy the appropriate clothes, then shot our hybrids outside Trustee Hall and finally went in to the photo lab with the help of Jimmy to take individual studio ones. I feel that we communicated this style very effective by incorporating different parts of an outfit that even when from different styles still look well together enough to work as one.
