Youssef had abused his power to punish the Muslim Brotherhood due to their political affiliation/stance. The article regarding women’s rights briefly mentions how the Muslim Brotherhood restricts and prevents women’s rights/freedoms. The article goes into further explanation about how women in Egypt can obtain their rights and move towards equality for both men and women.
