The assignment was to create a sequence of images that each showcase a single element of design while connecting to the next image in the sequence with a transitional element of design. I fulfilled the project requirements by creating a sequence of six photos. The process I followed to create the sequence elements with transitional elements was through multiple pin-ups and critiques. I made the decisions to create the sequence focuses greatly on the order of the photos. The order goes line (transition of line), shape (transition of space), texture (transition of texture), space (transition of size), size (transition of value), value. My sequence embodies the ideas in my concepts because all of my images share the same colors and dark setting, allowing them to all flow together seamlessly. My images enhance the content by their use of narrative and characters. Through this sequence, there is an eery feel of people out late like children at play.
