University Studies Professor Publishes “Public Water Policies: The Ultimate Weapons of Social Control”

Charles Porter, Assistant Professor of University Studies, recently published a paper in the Research in Business and Economics Journal titled, “Public Water Policies: The Ultimate Weapons of Social Control.” In it, he discusses how local, state, and national governments seek to use water policies as a means to curb population growth, “especially in the arid areas now living under severe drought and the continuing threat of a long term warming trend worldwide.” Click here to read the full article.
