This purpose of this project was to create three symbols representing an idea or brand. The symbols were the outcome but a big part of the project was learning different methodology for coming up with designs. I decided to create a logo for my design profile. I love the ocean and am a pisces so I chose to go in a marine direction for my symbol. We started with different iterations of potential symbols. We began by tracing an existing image, creating a more stylized image, and then making an abstract image. I used a turtle, jellyfish, narwhal, and other creatures to represent the sea. We then took these images and morphed them together to get new symbols. After refining these, I chose three symbols that exemplified my idea the most.
