1. Apple and Skim Milk

3. Air Popped White Popcorn

Need something light that will fill you up? Late night is not the ideal time to be snacking, but we know it happens.  Air-popped white popcorn is a great snack for late night.  It fills you up quickly and at 1 cup it is only 31 calories and only 6.23 g of carbs.

4. Oatmeal

Although relatively high in carbs at 27.47 grams per packet, Quaker Instant Oatmeal Regular flavor is our last low calorie snack option. Outmeal is both filling and easy to make. If you’re looking to snack on the go, at work, or school oatmeal is a great choice. One packet of instant oatmeal is only about 100 calories and has about 6.5 g of protein and 4 g of fiber.
