The typography in the zine helps communicate children’s writing. I used Legos for some words to help communicate the childlike theme of the zine. I also used images from a children’s book to create the background that helps communicate the truism that is being presented. The children’s book pictures and typography help elevate the design by communicating how children write, what they play with and what they are used to seeing in books.
