Dr. Villanueva’s Cross-Cultural Development Course
Dr. Villanueva’s course examines major theories of human development, including those from physical, psychological, cognitive, social, and moral perspectives. Students in Dr. V’s course will engage in an active learning model that incorporates numerous service learning projects in the Angers community. For example, students in this course will be working with French children and teens at the English Language Library in Angers, participating with French medical students in a neonatal diagnostic clinic, and assisting with inclusive art therapy with geriatric patients at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire d’ Angers (University Hospital of Angers).
