Type Specimen Poster

The type specimen poster is of my own typeface that I created in fontstruct for several weeks. I called it Shvetsiya and intended it to be used as a display font for travel posters. This is why my poster depicts a mountain or countryside and I use my font in a big point size. Prior to creating my poster I did some research on travel posters and the different varieties there were. I leaned towards Scandinavian design in my poster and my typeface. I created a sans serif font that had a minimalistic design that I felt had some connection to the images of Scandinavia I was seeing.
