Sara D. Robertson was born in 1986 in Austin, TX where she continues to live and work. She has studied at The Art Institute of Houston, The University of North Texas and Austin Community College. Robertson is a current student at St. Edward’s University and will be receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Art in August of 2013. She enjoys making art using natural subjects as her starting point, often through photography. Robertson’s most recent exhibits include Modern Nomads, part of the East Austin Studio Tours in 2012 and Drawing From Nature, a St. Edward’s exhibit at the Wild Basin Nature Preserve. Robertson will be exhibiting in Metanoia in Austin, TX at the St. Edward’s University Fine Arts Gallery from April 2013 to May 2013.
