I have attempted to combine decoupage and two dimensional automatic painting to achieve a semi-sculptural product. What once were a series of wave paintings have now been transformed into a series that explores the litter we see everyday in our surroundings.

My choice of multimedia materials consist mainly of found objects, cheap craft materials, and natural elements such as dirt and flowers. I have taken inspiration from Duchamp, The New York School, Pollock, Matias Duville, and other bold contemporary artists.

Through my transformation i hope to convey my current environment and issues of importance that i find can be visually depicted through altered pieces of society.
