After trying to find a common theme within my pictures, I found something interesting about empty paths and spaces. There was a very peculiar, distant feeling in those spaces, and I wanted to focus on that. Through post-production, I wanted to add more filmic quality to my photos. I decided to accentuate some colors and tried to focus on two colors that almost contrast each other so that they compliment each other. I ended up emulating this sort of look of film. It helped add character to otherwise basic photos. I aimed for a subtle old-timey feel. I wanted the empty spaces to invoke something nostalgic and reminiscent.
