Hey there, I’m Vanessa

While remote work certainly has its benefits, in working remotely throughout the global pandemic I realized that my well-being was often taking a backseat and my mind was constantly preoccupied with “what’s next?” My hope is that this blog helps inform others on how to navigate their well-being, offer encouragement and guidance on how to transition away from “what’s next” thinking, and reinforces why these practices of self-care are so vitally important.
