We are a small group of St. Edward’s University professors and students studying abroad at the Université Catholique de l’Ouest in Angers, France from May 18- June 30. The theme this summer is sustainability, so expect to hear a lot about all the ways France is a leader in environmental conservation and sustainability! We will also be going on field trips to the Loire Valley, the D-Day beaches in Normandy, and Mont San Michel in St Malo.
