Bon Appétit, the St. Edward’s University campus dining service partner, is accepting applications for paid fellowship positions in summer 2019.
Bon Appétit Fellowships are an opportunity for recent college graduates to continue learning about and promoting sustainability within the foodservice industry. Fellows focus on raising awareness about social and environmental issues related to the food system at Bon Appétit accounts in their region and serve as a resource to Bon Appétit chefs, managers, and guests interested in understanding or strengthening sustainability-related programs and/or launching new initiatives in their cafes.
The strongest candidates are those who are active in sustainability issues during their time on campus and want to share knowledge of agricultural issues and the subject of sustainability in the food industry. You can find the full description here.
