Andi Utter ’20 and Ricardo Vivas ’20 spent Friday morning creating a mini-golf course downtown. This wasn’t just any mini-golf course. The putt-putt holes were built downtown on prime real estate on Congress Avenue, just south of the Capitol.
The project was designed and constructed for PARKing Day, a one-day event that turns parking spots into tiny parks and spotlights the city’s mission to get more people using public transportation, bikes, or walking.
