Attend the 17th Annual Ecological Integration Symposium at Texas A&M University: March 31-April 1

The 17th annual Ecological Integration Symposium at Texas A&M University will explore the ecological and social challenges we face toward achieving sustainability in a human-dominated landscape.

We will showcase the theme of “Ecological Perspectives in Sustainability” during a day of plenary talks and a student research symposium. The plenary speakers this year include Dr. Jayne Belnap (USGS), Dr. Ruth DeFries (Columbia University), Dr. Lisa Naughton-Treves (University of Wisconsin-Madison), Dr. Stuart Pimm (Duke University), and Dr. Peter Vitousek (Stanford University).

We are accepting abstracts for student presentations in talk and poster formats. The deadline for abstract submissions is February 26, 2016 at 11:59pm. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration is not required for visitors.
