St. Edward’s launches Farm to Work on the Hilltop

The Office of Human Resources and the Sustainability Office are excited to announce that the Farm to Work program will start at St. Edward’s. The Sustainable Food Center has matched Braune Farms (pronounced “brownie”) out of Seguin, TX with St. Edward’s to bring fresh produce to campus each week!The first delivery will take place on Monday, February 22 and you can begin placing your orders on Tuesday, February 16. Deliveries will be on Mondays between 12:00 and 12:30pm, at the far northeast end of the parking garage. Later on this spring, Tecolote Farm out of Manor, TX will swap with Braune Farms to deliver goods to campus.
