Type Specimen Book

my type specimen was Gill Sans TD.

I varied porportions, type size, and type direction.

I showed the different ways in which the font can be used; bolded, italicized, morphed even! Finding recognizable posters and movie titles using the font was fun as well as learning the different ways to express the entire alphabet in short words.

Overall, I believe this project is not one of my best, though it shows the best transformation between this book and my Ryzograph Zine.

  1. Thank you for sharing this great book design. This example can be inspirational. As a student of design, I am glad to see it. Recently I got another useful resource with a lot of essay samples on different topics. For example, check this one – https://samplius.com/free-essay-examples/rhethorical-analysis-of-the-clare-boothe-luces-speech-to-the-womens-national-press/ – Rhetorical analysis of the Clare Boothe Luce’s speech that can help to do your own academic assignment on this topic. It inspires me a lot! When we see great samples of other people’s work, we can create our own interesting papers. However, I really appreciate you for sharing your design work and experience with us.
