My group and I have decided to focus on the Wicked Problem of Austin Healthcare. I am apart of the Unintuitive Math class. In this class we solve math problems in ways that aren’t obvious; other math classes have intuitive answers but we search for the unintuitive. Similarly, in the Wicked Problems LLC we will focus on a seemingly simple problem and find the complexity in it. From my perspective, Healthcare in Austin is wicked and unintuitive. 

As the Mathematics person in my group I will help in data analysis, help to create the data visuals and I will “crunch” numbers when necessary. We are currently learning about probability in class and I can maybe apply my knowledge of probability to our data. I will be happy to help in creating the posters or models in our presentation.
