Part 1

1. Article 1 is focused on what skills and habits artists have that would be useful in entrepreneurial world. Article 2 is focused on the similarities artists and entrepreneurs share and how they both need to learn teamwork and how to deal with limitations.
2. Artists can learn about teamwork and how to balance big plans and business limitations.
3. Artists are entrepreneurs because they must create and think differently. They must take risks in order to further their vision. Artists must be entrepreneurs if they want to be independent business owners.
4. I agree with all of the characteristics of artists.
5. I would add that artists are also free thinkers, so they will create whatever they want, regardless of societal standards.
6. Artists and entrepreneurs are both really great.

Part 2

1. Being a 3.25 on the grit scale, I would say I’m pretty gritty but there’s always room for improvement.
2. I could try harder to reach my goals. I could be less discouraged when something doesn’t go right. I could face daunting situations without worrying so much.
