Part 1
Lynne is a photography teacher in Dallas. She did a study abroad in China that helped her develop her image editing skills. As an undergrad she photographed zombie models, panoramas of her family members homes, and classic cars. A lot of her work has to do with being a cancer survivor. Her hair piece was really beautiful, as is all her other work. She recommended taking a break between undergrad and grad school so that you can find the drive it takes to continue creating art. She was very inspiring.
Miranda is a designer at Bakery. She screen prints as a hobby. She worked at the faculty resource center which helped her get her internship at Bakery, where she eventually got a job. She has designed the Muncher app and a social network site for bartenders and many other amazing things. She recommends not boxing yourself in with any specific title. There are many different types of designers and places to design for.
Dustin is a wedding photographer and teacher. His photographs have been published in many well known magazines. He worked as an assistant photographer for Bill and then worked for a low end wedding photography company. He helped start a company for canvas printing. He recommends becoming a wedding photographer because of the high demand, how easy it is to get into, how easy it is to spread the word about your business, and how you can go where people need you. His passion for his work is very obvious.
