In an effort expand copy and printing resources for faculty and staff, Natural Sciences has made arrangements with the FedEx Office located at 600 E. Ben White Blvd. that allows our faculty and staff to submit print requests via email, charge the cost to NSCI, and have them delivered to JBWS 168.

Please allow 24 hours for all requests. You choose to pick up your project directly from FedEx at 600E. Ben White or request your project be delivered to JBWS 168. Delivery time to JBWS 168 by FedEx is between 10 AM – 4 PM. If you require an expedited return time, please include that in the body of your email submission and FedEx will contact you to make arrangements if they are able.

To submit a print request to FedEx Office, email mailto:USA1778@fedex.com, jesus.sanchez2@fedex.com, derica.harrison@fedex.com, gregn@stedwards.edu, sreyna1@stedwards.edu and include a PDF attachment of your print request and include the following details of the print project:

  • single or double-sided
  • black and white or color
  • quantity to be made
  • staple option
  • type of paper
  • delivery to JBWS 168 or pick up from 600 E. Ben White
  • contact phone number

In your email please copy Greg Noble, Sarah Reyna and our FedEx Representatives Derica Harrison and Jesus Sanchez. Identify the print request is for “SEU Natural Sciences” in the subject line.  The email link above reflects this format.

As additional on-campus resources, for anyone who uses the Sharp printers in JBWS 168A or JBWN 120, drivers that allow duplexing and stapling can be found in the NSCI Shared Public folder.

The goal is to make printing and copying as easy as possible for faculty and staff given the recent changes with Copy Center.  The Copy Center remains operational and will continue to return print requests through campus mail.  Please use whichever resource is best for you.

If you have any questions or the link above does not work, please contact NSCIDean@stedwards.edu.
