We all have those days, weeks or months where we feel out-of-sorts and just can’t get out of that “funk.” One of the best ways I’ve discovered to get rid of the funk is to get organized. Whether it’s cleaning out a cabinet, organizing my weekly schedule, meal prepping or knocking out a few tasks on my to-do list, I find this clears my mind, I feel refreshed, accomplished and ready for a new day or week to begin.
