The collection project allowed me to create jars labels for my collection of crystals. Crystal and rock collecting is a big part of my life; I spend hours studying the chemical compositions and healing properties of hundreds of crystals. I curated a collection of my crystals that were small enough to fit into various mason jars. I customized the shape of the jars to the feeling and properties of each rock. They were then displayed in the clear jars with the sticker on the bottom of the jar so that the viewer would have to pick up the jar and inspect the facets of the crystal to find out the name. It was an interactive experience. I also created 11×17 posters to go along with each sticker that hang together in a collection.
