  • Statistics on Korea from Statista – Statista is an online statistics, market research and business intelligence portal. It provides access to data from market and opinion research institutions, as well as from business organizations and government institutions.
  • Korean Films & Documentaries on Kanopy – Kanopy is an on-demand streaming video platform subscribed to by the Munday Library.
  • ACLS Humanities E-Book (HEB) – A digital collection of over 5,400 seminal books in the humanities and related social sciences.
  • KOSIS: Korean Statistical Information Service – As a gateway for Korea’s official statistics, KOSIS offers a convenient one-stop service to full range of major domestic, international and North Korean statistics.
  • Statistics Korea – Korean government run site responsible for statistics in South Korea, and is part of Ministry of Strategy and Finance. Statistics Korea generates population and household census yearly.
  • The Korea Herald – Korea’s largest English-language daily, the Korea Herald is the face of Korean media.
  • The Korea Times – The world’s window on Korea, is a must for those who want to read in-depth stories about Korea’s past, present and future issues.
  • The National Library of Korea – The National Library, founded in 1945, is a comprehensive and treasured repository of intellectual and informational resources of the Republic of Korea.
  • National Museum of Korea – The flagship museum of Korean history and art in South Korea and is the cultural organization that represents Korea. Since its establishment in 1945, the museum has been committed to various studies and research activities in the fields of archaeology, history, and art, continuously developing a variety of exhibitions and education programs.
  • Korea.net Online Publications – Browse digital publications with facts on Korean society, history, business, culture and more.
  • Korea Foundation Digital Archive [in Korean] – This digital archive has a plethora of news articles and ebooks related to Korean culture, history, and business.
  • Jangseogak Archives [in Korean] – The collection focuses on works dealing with traditional Korean history and culture and has its origins in the royal library once held at Changdeok Palace, a primary royal residence in Seoul. Unique holdings of the collection include its large collection of Uigwe, or “royal protocols” dealing with such various subjects as royal wedding processions and construction techniques, the royal genealogies of the Joseon dynasty, cartographic materials, and traditional Korean novels written in hangeul script.
