VISION

We want to break a cycle of food scarcity by educating the healthcare system and schools in how to create food security specially for young generations in Mexico. As a society we need to address the importance of food education is in nutrition from babies, toddles to young adults.

Our Motivation

In six years, the percentage of Mexicans who were either obese or overweight increased by almost four percentage points to 75.2%

Obesity and malnutrition emerged as a major problem in Mexico after a trade deal with the U.S and Canada in 1994 enabled easy access to cheap, unhealthy food substituting their traditional diet.
