Great turn out of volunteers, students, faculty, staff and City of Austin and Travis County partners.

On Wednesday, September 28th, Wild Basin Creative Research Center held an evening event that gave many supporters the opportunity to meet and greet the new director of Wild Basin, Dr. Barbara Dugelby and see the Center’s new environmental exhibits. The event resulted in an excellent turnout of volunteers, students, faculty and staff from St. Edwards, as well as Travis County and City of Austin partners. The event also served as a venue for students to present their Wild Basin research. Approximately forty attendees enjoyed pizza, salad, and beverages while meeting Dugelby, viewing the exhibits, talking with students about their research, and catching up with old friends and making new ones. The presence of amazing people, good food, and pleasant weather made it a great time and another successful event for Wild Basin!
