A year and a half ago, I left my home of Portland, Oregon, to study English Writing, eat tacos, and discover a new city in Austin, Texas, at St. Edward’s University. Now, I am in Europe for the very first time studying in Angers, France, where for the next few months I hope to once again take on a new culture in as many ways as I can. Like always, I’ll be writing about all I see, learn, and eat.
