The St. Edward’s women’s volleyball team has their eye on the conference title as they take on their final two conference match-ups and close out the regular season. If they can defeat the St. Mary’s Rattlers and International Dust devils then they clinch the conference title and will host the tournament next weekend.

After a long successful season the lady hilltoppers have finally reached the end of the regular season. Currently they are first in conference and are looking to host the Heartland Conference tournament on Friday November 11th.

This will be the Hilltopper’s fourth consecutive conference title if they can shut out St. Mary’s and Texas ATM International this week. Their current record in conference is 10-1 falling only to conference rival Dallas Baptist in Dallas last week.

Senior Lindy Luleff says that the “Dallas Baptist Patriots have always been a big rival for us. We have fallen to them the past two years in the conference tournament, but we are prepared for the competition and are looking to change that this year.”
