Buñuelos is just another street food that is popular. It is mainly seen
on November-December holding days. Mainly a Christmas tradition treat. With powdered sugar, sweet and savory, Buñuelos are reasonably sprinkled.

Recipe:

Before adding the milk, combine all the dried ingredients, cheese, egg, and butter first.

-Add 1/2 cups of shredded cheese if you are using mozzarella cheese. You will only need to add 2 tablespoons of milk because this cheese is semi-soft.
-Using 3⁄4 cup feta cheese + 1⁄4 cup fresco cheese is another choice. The salt might need to be reduced to 3⁄4 teaspoon.
You’ve got two soft cheeses now which means more moisture in the dough. You must add 1 teaspoon of milk at a time until you have a dough-like play dough.
