I have always been intrigued by the idea of doing only black and white paintings.

clinton mckay displays a beautiful abstraction of black and white paint that i find very intriguing. He is a newly found artist and I will be doing further research on his work and techniques.

I might consider using this technique on top of an ethereal background of clouds, blurred lights or a mixed number of hues.

 

 

Even his Intaglio prints hold interesting features, and stretch my thought process of what a painting is and how it can be produced.  As well as the different materials and techniques that can be used to produce something completely different.

He works in generative programming, drawing, lithography, conceptual and design as well.
