I engage in collaborative decision making and problem solving with other
educators.

Reflection:

St. Edwards University provides a professional learning community that allows future educators access to tools and support for any problems that need solving.  The feedback that student teachers receive from the field supervisor is not only instrumental in the development of lesson plans, but vital to the growth of a student teacher/ mentor teacher relationship.  Collaboration was essential to my success this semester.
