I effectively manage student behavior and create a organized and productive learning environment.

Reflection:

Classroom management will make or break a great lesson.  All of the planning in the world can not save a lesson from falling victim to poor management.  This is not to suggest planning is not important.  However, planning alone is not enough.  Having an understanding of classroom dynamics and staying tuned in to the ever changing classroom climate will allow for smooth / productive learning.
