I engage student families in their children’s education and respond appropriately to their concerns.
Reflection:
A learning community is not limited to a student-teacher relationship. A student-teacher-family relationship is what really makes a learning community strong. Although administration is paramount as well, establishing a relationship with the families of the students is instrumental.
