I consistently and effectively convey high expectations for students.
Reflection:
One way in which I do this is through clear expectations in the form of rubrics. A rubric not only serves as a guideline for assessment, but a useful tool in communication of the standards expected for a particular product. The student has access to exactly what is necessary to produce an excellent final product.
