Teaching Credentials are the verification by St. Edward’s University as well as from the State of Texas, that confirm  a level of competence achieved by student teachers  completing the Teacher Preparation Program.   Employers  always utilize portions of these credentials to make sure that teachers they are considering for positions meet the criteria of  Highly Qualified   as determined by Federal and State guidelines.
