I believe learning requires a team effort of educators, administrators, and peers. Learning is a lifelong endeavor that involves practice, patience, listening, and dedication. I believe challenging and engaging learning necessitates never giving up and inspires to builds self esteem.  Learning is about helping others so you learn to help yourself. Learning is not easy, it takes believe in yourself, motivation, and trust in others. I believe my greatest gift to my students will be not to forfeit motivational teaching, so they do not to give up on learning.
