Attached is a science lesson plan that I created when my class was working on slow land changes. Specifically, they were working on erosion. I also included a few pictures of the hands on activity that went with the lesson.
At the end of this unit students were assessed. They were asked to explain the different types of erosion and what happens to our land when erosion occurs. This was done in the form of a writing assignment in their science journal. This was a less formal way to assess them.
