Fifth PosT

I am looking forward to seeing my photo story and article be published online and on print this week!

Yesterday Jacob requested that everyone go to production to look over the pages for this week’s homecoming edition. When I arrived at 5 no one was in sight, so I waited with the Viewpoints editors in the lobby. We then realized that there were a few people in the office. I was the only intern there and I felt really awkward because everyone was on the server busy doing what they needed to do. I still don’t really know how to use Blox or how to get on to the server so I kind of just stood there for a little bit and then ended up leaving because I didn’t know what to do. Everyone seemed pretty busy, so I didn’t want to interrupt. I think from now on I’m gonna arrive 20 or so minutes late and coordinate with Sabrina the photo editor to see when she will be there so I can help her out.

This week I will be helping Victoria cover an SGA meeting. I decided I’d help her because I covered an SGA meeting when I took Journalism I and it was fairly straight-forward. Tonight is another budget meeting so I should have some new photo assignments to complete.
