Bon Appétit Makes it Easy to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle in Dining Halls

St. Edward’s University and Bon Appétit have paired up to make it easier for us to reduce our carbon footprint on campus. Each dining hall has a row of disposal bins that include trash, compost, and recyclables with helpful posters displayed above with pictures and descriptions that tell you exactly which items belong in each bin. By simply following the poster instructions and encouraging others to do so as well you can help divert 40% of waste from landfills each year. As SEU community members, we can all do our part to contribute towards a more environmentally-friendly hilltop!
