Austin CAN Presentation on Sept 12
At the seminar this Monday I was exposed to a presentation that opened my eyes to things I never knew as an actual issue. Each second that passed was one useful and knowledgeable piece of information after the other. One of the elements that caught me by surprise the most was the success rate among the minorities. I thought that each minority listed in the presentation would have about an equal rate of success. However it turns out that that was not the case. The statistics showed stated that Caucasians and Asians have the higher success rate compared to African Americans and Hispanics or anyone with a Latino background. Throughout the entire presentation I felt surprised and and well-informed and am very grateful to have seen the presentation.
