2. Burger King Veggie Burger
Again, ask for no mayo. Maybe through in some Fresh Apple Fries and a water and you are looking a full meal for only 465 calories packing a whopping 32 g of protein.
3. Subway 6-inch Turkey Breast
At only about 360 calories (depending on what’s inside) this Subway 6-inch is both appetizing and fullfilling.
4. Wendy’s Chili
Feeling a little under the weather? Or maybe just looking for some healthy comfort food? Wendy’s offers a large Chili plus Garden Side Salad (no croutons) with fat-free French dressing at about 375 calories, 9 g fat (3.5 g saturated)
