I would say I took the most away from the girl’s presentation who was a graphic design major. I couldn’t really understand the guy because there was not a good connection. But I really enjoyed hearing her speak about her work, and her process of developing a career from something that she loves. She gave a lot of good advice because he seems she has learned a lot from her experiences. One thing I admired was how connected she was to her work and she aimed to stay true to it. She felt she couldn’t continue making self care boxes if she wasn’t taking care herself. Also, she enjoyed her job but it wasn’t the work she wanted to be doing so she started many projects on the side.
