Students with Disabilities

SEU is committed to providing equal opportunity for all students in its educational programs. Furthermore, I am committed to providing appropriate accommodations to help you be successful in this course.

If you have a medical, psychiatric or learning disability and require accommodations in this class, let me know during the first week of the semester or as soon as you are eligible. You will first need to provide documentation of your disability to the Student Disability Services Office located in Moody Hall 155 in Academic Planning and Support Services.

After visiting with a disability counselor at the Student Disability Office, bring your 504 letter, and schedule a meeting with me to discuss any accommodations needed for the course. I am unable to arrange for any accommodations until you provide me with a copy of your 504 letter and we have met in person to discuss it.  I will only be able to provide accommodations for class assignments and activities that occur after I have received a copy of this letter and we have met.
